We collect information you voluntarily provide when you register, enroll, subscribe, or contact us — including name, email, and payment details processed securely through Stripe. We automatically collect log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and use cookies and analytics via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services that may collect information about you: Google Analytics and Google Ads (usage and advertising), Skool (community platform), Paperbell (coaching scheduling), and Stripe (payments). We no longer use Ghost CMS or HubSpot.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver educational services, process transactions, communicate course updates, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
Your Privacy Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information by contacting hello@defiuniversity.xyz. California (CCPA) and European (GDPR) residents have additional rights as described in our full policy.
Data Security & Retention
We use HTTPS encryption, secure cloud storage, and access controls. We retain data as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations, typically deleting or anonymizing data within 90 days of account closure.
